We have a zero tolerance policy for any illegal activities.

Passengers must be 21+ to consume alcohol. 

Driver has the right to terminate the trip without any refunds, additional fees will incur.

Unruly, unsafe, violent, or dangerous behavior may result in termination of trip without any refunds.

Any major damages are at sole responsibility of the riders, and are subject to additional charges to the card on file. 

We reserve the right to substitute the vehicle in the event of major damage, breakdown, or emergency

By booking with us, you agree to all rules mentioned above, as well as any further rules at the discretion of the driver.
